Question 1

How much does Tennis Ladder cost?

Accepted Answer

It's free for players — download it and play. Clubs run their ladders, box leagues and tournaments free too. No subscriptions.

Question 2

Where can I use Tennis Ladder?

Accepted Answer

It's live across the UK now, with 850+ clubs listed. Worldwide is coming soon, and you can already start a club anywhere.

Question 3

Does my club need to be on it?

Accepted Answer

Search for your club and join, or claim it if it's listed but unclaimed. Not there? Start one in a couple of minutes — you'll be the organiser and members join from a link.

Question 4

Is Tennis Ladder on iPhone, Android and web?

Accepted Answer

All three. The apps are on the App Store and Google Play, and everything works in the browser too.

Question 5

How do the ratings work?

Accepted Answer

Every result moves a real ELO-style rating — friendlies included. It's the same number across clubs, so your level travels with you.

Question 6

Is Tennis Ladder safe for juniors?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Junior leagues are walled off, names are masked publicly, and all communications route to a parent or guardian — never a child's device.
